The Bridge Between Now and Always
Sit in stillness
with poise and balance
Let silence hold you
Suspended
between purity and purpose
between achievement and surrender
between encounter and acceptance
And so
between each breath
Lighten, loosen, lengthen
and Release
to seek Renewal
Re-align, Re-member and Re-pair
Re-view, Re-cognize, and Re-mind yourself,
Reconciling without regret
And so
Receive that which is immediately, essentially
Present
waiting for you,
patiently:
a guide,
summoned by your need and desire
And so
Wander in wonder
Meander in moments of mischief, mirth and meaning
in this dazzling playground of puzzling
paradox
And so
Surrender in Coherence
Absorbed in compassion
Restored
within an intimacy
of embedded harmony
in innocence and resonance
And so
Relinquish the headlong rush into
Next,
according to script and routine
Allow yourself a single, fragile
Timeless glimpse
into an eternity of Now
as a true witness with an open heart
a gift
a simplicity
a state of grace
which immediately persuades
a rejoin to Wholeness
Therein lies
Within
the profound and essential bridge
Between
doing and
Being
